Development
At LWDA, we bring decades of firsthand experience in assessing the impacts of development on irrigation district facilities. Many developers are unaware of the need to relocate or improve these facilities when their projects affect them. Our mission is to provide a thorough analysis of the property, irrigation facilities, and other utilities involved in the development process, guiding clients on how to proceed. Additionally, LWDA offers coordination with irrigation districts or utilities at the request of our clients.
With extensive experience working with irrigation districts, a deep understanding of related state laws, and well-established relationships across central and southern Arizona, our team includes former irrigation district employees and county highway department utilities coordinators.

Water Development
Water is a vital resource in Arizona, and with the state's growing population and ongoing development, the demand for water is higher than ever. As regulations around water policy continue to evolve, LWDA is here to help. Whether you're a homeowner who needs a private well, a developer securing a long-term water supply, or someone requiring Type II water rights, our team offers expert guidance. With decades of experience in Arizona water law and policy, key members of LWDA have played a crucial role in shaping water policy across central Arizona.
